Hillside is committed to providing the best quality services to youth, individuals and families. We take very seriously any issues that could impact the quality of our work, including the following:

  • Fraud/abuse (e.g., stolen money, misrepresentations about service delivery, falsified documentation, requesting “payment” for services, engaging in physical or sexual abuse)
  • Unethical and/or illegal activities (e.g., staff engaged in inappropriate activities with a youth, adult or family member; or engaged in an illegal activity while working)

Media Relations

Requests from the media for interviews or video/photographs of Hillside staff or clients must be approved by a member of Hillside’s Communications & Marketing team. To ensure the protection of youth and family confidentiality, media visits to Hillside locations must be approved in advance.
