H. Todd Bullard, a member of the Hillside Board of Governors, will be honored at the Rochester Area Community Foundation’s 2023 Philanthropy Awards and Report to the Community in September. The event will take place on Thursday, September 21, at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
